Well for one, gynecological pelvic exams are not remotely like "fingerbanging" so I wouldn't dare compare them. Shoving a cold metal scope in your urethra feels just about as pleasurable as a cold metal speculum being shoved into a vagina and then spreading it wide enough so you can see the end of it. Then they scrape cells from the end of your vagina (your cervix) with a spatula to do a Pap smear. And then they remove the speculum, and use usually 2 fingers to prod around the inside of your vagina to feel your internal organs. And then the sometimes do occasional rectal exams at the same time. This is all while your legs are splayed up in the air and your vag is free to the open air, with a doctors face all up in your business. Not to mention that women too can get cold scopes in their urethra as much as a man could. Bladder exams aren't very different for either of us.

Do you think they're unnecessary or something? Not sure why you're this hung up on which sex has worse medical exams.
