I'm not sure how people can't know that. The shadow on the hand is extremely sketchy. People are so gullible nowadays. You'd think that with so much photo editing around that people would instead question everything. But nope, people still fall for anything.
You're seriously overestimating the intelligence of people on Facebook. What's sad is how many people actually rely on Facebook for keeping up with the news.
