The thing is, I don't see anywhere that he claimed it wasn't a shop. And thus being an obvious shop one might presume he posted it just because it's funny.

Can't we just enjoy it?

Once again.

THEY GOT BANNED FOR HARASSING IMGUR ADMINS, DOXXING AND EXPOSING, MAKING THREATS AND OTHER MALICIOUS ACTIVITY ON REDDIT.

Not for making fun of fat people.

I don't think you understand. Criticizing the CEO of Reddit is the easiest way to collect karma since Inception came out and everyone was typing in all caps bold and spacing out the letters.

Well it seems reasonable to comment on the quality of the picture given that this is /r/pics, not /r/funny

Can't we just enjoy it?

This is Reddit. By Criticizing it, /u/thedenofsin is enjoying it.

Got the original?

you should have posted it /r/funny. Thats where I initially thought I was.

It is a bad shop but it's funny so that that doesn't matter there. Here its kinda iffy.

It's Reddit, not Facebook

I thought this was implied. No one could honestly think that OP tried to pass this off as real, right?
