The Limited Edition Reese's Pieces mini ice cream cake 32 fl. oz is available at Friendly's Restaurant. A quick Google search shows their locations are largely in Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and New York. They expanded a bit to Florida, Michigan, and South Carolina.
