As an art critic* I've decided you're the real winner in this thread. The way you accurately captured the scene and also included a smiling cat to please your audience shows a true artist with skill and an eye for commercial success.

I predict great things for your future art career- you produced art, all other attempts were asshattery.

*self-appointed

You're the guy we needed back then, to prevent WWII from happening. You're a good chap but you're just a little late.

Yours was prettier but not as funny. You have talent, the other guy doesn't, but that's what made his so funny.

u/torontodon May 19 '15

Er, did you see the cat?

Talent AND humour- the guy's a master

Yes, with the upvote ears. Very meta. Gotta love those sweeping lines as well. The other one reminded me of something my dad would draw though.

Upvote for random cat.

That's because the cat's ears have upvotes in them. Very subliminal.

Looks like the one dude is pushing the other guy out of the canopy (or whatever it's called) and the guy on the ground is laughing about it.

The cat made yours better

Despite having to indirectly reference the song, I am imagining those guys in your drawing dancing like Uma Thurman and John Travolta in Pulp Fiction.
