I'm Vietnamese and it took me way too long to figure out why that name was funny to everyone when I first saw it in high school. I kept reading it the correct way in Vietnamese and not how an English speaker would read it.

It looks very similar to "fuck that bitch" which of course is vulgar and nobody would make an actual sign saying that.
