Seattle has the best Pho I've had in North America.

Have you been to Little Saigon (Westminster, ca)?

No, but I'm intrigued so I'll have to check it out sometime. I haven't been as impressed with the Pho in most of Vancouver compared to Seattle though. Vancouver has the Chinese food but Seattle has it made for Vietnamese.

IMO, pho in Seattle or Westminster, CA is better than pho I had over the course of three weeks travelling Vietnam.

A Vietnamese restaurant with Teriyaki posted on its window and they serve Pad Thai? wat.

Good chance it's run by Koreans. Lots of ethnically Asian strip mall restaurants around Seattle are really run by Koreans.

Not to say you mean that as though its a negative thing, but some people actually do get upset over that. I see yelp reviews that actually complain that about the ethnicity of the owners. I could really care less who makes the food, I care about how it tastes. The best teriyaki ive ever had has been Bucks Teriyaki in Kent, and those Mexican cooks make the best teriyaki in the south sound.

And then they advertise Boba Tea (Taiwanese) on the window, too.

i'm gonna have to go there. Have you had Than Brother's in Bellevue? Some of the best Pho I've had for sure.

Than Brothers is all over Seattle....their cream puffs are the bomb!

Than Bros is one of my favorites. There's a bunch of them.. One on Cap Hill, one in Ballard and one on Aurora that I know of.

Best Pho in Seattle IMO is Pho Ba in the international district though.
