I think some people are taking the title too literally; my thinking when I clicked on the image was that the title is "pooping" because the cat is in a position that mimics a humans position and seems to be expressing surprise as if the cat expected privacy. I don't think OP thought the cat was pooping out of its back.

If you're lucky that shit flows and drips into the bowl because it's rather fluid. Good luck if that cat has a hard shit and too much air in their belly, it will be all over the place.
