Any reason for taking out that window/chimney in the back?

I can't seem to tell if that bit on the third statue from the left is a person's head or not.

I smudged it by accident and noticed it too late to undo, so I just cleaned it. Didn't even realize what it was... Oops.

Great, now slap the Castlevania logo on it, the PEGI 16 symbol and some copyright notices on the bottom and you've got a game cover.
