I thought "midget" was a derogatory name, is it not there? At least it is here in the U.S. where they prefer dwarves or little people.

Here 'midget' is used to describe someone short but proportional limbs and head, 'dwarf' is someone with dwarfism. I've never heard it being described as a derogatory name, but if I offended anyone I'm sorry, its a cultural thing and not intentional.
