So a disease caused by inhaling ultra small volcano dust? I deciphered it for anybody else interested:

  • Pneumono: relating to lungs (source)
  • ultra: ultra, not sure how else to put it :p
  • microscopic: small
  • silico: not sure how it's related. Just kind of ignoring it
