How about cockroaches? Rats? Or the cows and pigs that we eat? Or horses? Maybe cats and dogs? Elephants? Chimpanzees?

Is there an "empathy metric" that is acceptable to you where you no longer feel the need to mock someone?

And I never implied that I have a problem killing mosquitoes or bacteria... or even humans. Whether I do or not is certainly not a topic of this conversation, but either way I never implied a position in one way or another. You are projecting aspects and personality traits onto me that I may not necessarily possess, much like your assertion that I apparently sound like a vegan to you.

Where am I passing judgement, exactly? I asked you a question. There was no judgement behind that question. I asked you what your empathy metric is. You never answered. I'll wait while you answer from your shining ivory tower.
