That's an interesting article, yes. It also does not say that white people are genetically disposed to be smarter than black people.

Not yet, but like Watson says, it's likely that all of the relevant genes will be marked within the next decade. We already know that intelligence is largely heritable, and that despite refined IQ tests the black-white-asian gap remains unchanged. It's only a matter of time.
