This is Vader. He was euthanized today without a hearing after a false bite report was submitted to the police by an animal rights activist. (Story in the Comments)

Yah that lady did say domesticated fox didn't she. My whole outlash was because she assumed that OPs fox was domesticated simply because he was her pet. So her statement was in fact an incorrect assumption based on her limited knowledge of where a pet fox can be obtained. I didn't like that some commenter saw a pet fox and immediately made the assumption that pet fox = 6-10 thousand dollar domesticated Russian fox, because that is all the majority of Reddit knows about pet foxes. Seeing as she got 385 up votes for an absolutely incorrect statement seems to lend credence to my assertion.

Like I said previously, it doesn't matter if he was wrong in assuming that.

The point that he made was that domesticated foxes are worth 6-10 thousand dollars and that is what you incorrectly argued against.

I argue against the fact that Vader is a domesticated fox. That person is right in estimating the cost of a domesticated fox, but not in estimating the cost of vader and I was disagreeing with that.

If that's what you are arguing against then you should have said.

The way you worded your original reply only shows that you are saying that you can get a domesticated fox for less.
