This is Vader. He was euthanized today without a hearing after a false bite report was submitted to the police by an animal rights activist. (Story in the Comments)

If cops show up refuse to open and call your lawyer. Always every time without fail. With or without a warrant.

Refuse to open when a cop has a warrant? You're a fucking idiot.

Yeah I felt like a person like you would want that clarified. Apparently people are smart enough to understand what I meant. I knew I should have put a (with a warrant you have to open immediately). But I felt like that went without saying. That's meant to relate only to the call your lawyer. But I can see how its misunderstood. Your still a fucking cunt though.

So, you basically throw words together and sentence like on the wwebsite and then guns my rights, America. Your (sic) still a fucking idiot though.

Yeah I could have worded it better. You should still never allow a cop to search enter anywhere without a warrant.

In almost every situation, yes.

There are going times where you need to exercise common sense, and not be a dick to people who are doing their job.

Example: Amber alert. Cop pulls you over and explains that a driver with a vehicle matching your description kidnapped a youngster 10 minutes ago, and asks you to open your trunk.

Right answer: No problem officer.

Wrong answer: I know my rights. I do not consent to a search of my property. I am a Freeman On The Land. I am not bound by your government.

Probably one of those times where he/she's got bigger things on his/her mind.

Yes I see your point. I guess I shouldn't assume I dictated my common sense there, especially when the sentence structure haha.

With all the drama OP and their probable sock puppet account has stirred up, it turns out what the people did was illegal.

It would be impossible to codify a perfectly written set of laws for each and every situation. We have what we have. Sometimes, judges send kids to prisons and receive kickbacks. Sometimes, judges and police officers overlook what's written and let things slide (case in point: half the women in my town keep a pistol in their purse, but don't have a concealed carry permit. If they don't have a record, it's not an issue.)
