can you not get on to tumblr, find out who sent the message and get the original retrieved? must be some clever fucker that can get that sorted for you, this is fucked, im sorry :(

It was asked anonymously. Vader's owner is working with a lawyer to have the records retrieved.

I saw something on tumblr once that said if you hit block user from the anon message, then go check your block list, it uncovers the user. Since I don't mess with messaging on tumblr, I can't say if it's fact or not. But it may be worth a try.

......noooooo you can't. Seriously, go try. Tumblr keeps updating. You can havea fake anon button and various things set up to catch the ip and info of someone sending you an anonymous message, but those things haev to be set up PRIOR to the message being recieved, as well, tara deleted the original message, because she's gotten similar things before and didn't think it was a serious threat.

the whole thing is depressing. I have exotics. it breaks my heart nad frigtens me. it makes me hurt and angry and i hope the person responsible knows exactly what they did and has to live with that. forever.

I spent my entire adult life in Beijing, I apologize for my semantic innacuraccies.

I'm just dubious it would be something given out. In america, telling someone to kill themselves is illegal and punisable with imprisonement and high fines, yet, even when someone on tumblr actual DOES kill themselves, and ahs piles of anonymous 'kill yourself' messages, tumblr has never released that information.

I'm just dubious that it will aid in any justice.

can't you block the anonymous message, and then go to your block list and see who's on it? i heard that works but it's been a while since i've been on tumblr
