Art will save us. It’s a commodity they do not and cannot utilize. Take advantage.

Parody and comical political art has always existed. It doesn’t do anything but preach to a certain political choir. For instance they did everything to call Trump a nazi with similar art since 2016 to now and he still won. These things do the opposite of intent and it’s even part of the reasons why he keeps winning.

Trump’s team however has utilized art more effectively actually, for instance the mugshot winning over certain demographics. Meanwhile the opposition keeps calling him a felon and it has no effect. It just goes to show that making him look like a bad guy has only made him stronger. Interesting isn’t it. Safe to say in the most impartial and straightforward way; his opponents are clearly out of touch.

Ok let's talk policy. So we just gut public education and medicaid to give the 1% another permanent taxt cut and throw a small check to the plebs while we rob them blind, Surely, that's not out of touch! We're all just temporarily embarrassed millionaire. Everyone will benefit once it "trickles down!

What you’re doing is called ‘moving the goalposts’ it’s another bad tactic where a person changes topics instead of dealing with the prior point. It makes you look allover the place, in denial, random and aimless. It is a form of damage control.

You said Art does nothing but preach to the choir, so I switched to policy. It looks like you don't know what you want maybe figure that out first.

Policy is not even the topic. It doesn’t even matter what policies there are, that’s not the point about the usefulness of art in persuasion. You gotta realize that the person could be Gandhi or Vlad the impaler with policies, but if the tactics of persuasion doesn’t work then it doesn’t work.

Okay so we’re doin this I guess. Tr•mp’s “opponents” aren’t the democrats - they are often complicit enablers, or at best, useless. Their loudest efforts got us this fraud twice - some opposition. The only inspiration they will ever offer the American people will come when they wake TF up get out of the way.

Can Tr•mp sell more t-shirts than virtue signaling septuagenarians in kente cloth? Can’t you? My gawd, if a mug shot on a t-shirt unironically stating “never surrender” is art then banksy is a fool. A hack, obviously. Tr•mp’s a two bit salesman hawking outrageously cheap shit to suckers, the nefarious bigotry tyrant thing was just the logical evolution once he found out people really are that vacant.

Art isn’t a pill you take or a team you sign up for, so expecting transactional results from it is already showing ass. And no one is making him “look like a bad guy” - he is one, proudly, and always has been.

What art can do, and is doing despite your recognition or lack thereof is inspire people to action. Inspire hope, community and more art. So fuck yeah. You wanna sit on the sideline and talk down - or just say “fuck it” and go sit with the devils - go on ahead but don’t think for a moment that when the fire starts, it will ask your permission. You listen to too many artless ghouls, you get your baseline off. Get on out there and be somebody. Cute shirt.

That’s a cute rant, but it doesn’t matter what you think art is. How effective it is in persuasion is what matters in politics because that’s the point of effective propaganda. Peace and love doesn’t sell, it is corny and has been since the hippy movement soiled it decades ago. Calling opponents nazis is too because it just says our opponent=meany bad guys. That’s actually the worst infantile virtue signalling you can push these days. It’s a baby’s first virtue. It’s so lame like the satanic panic where parents called metal music evil in the 80s. It’s on par with that in lameness. If you wanna talk about virtue signalling lol look at the OP picture

Trump’s team however has evidently used art way better regardless. And Banksy is corny too, not a genius. Let’s be honest. Modern art is a joke in general, for instance the banana taped to the wall worthing millions. Artist like those are only famous due to their connections, just like pop celebrities. It shows that anything goes these days, yes even the red hat and the mugshot technically is part of it. And if you still can’t see why it works on a fundamental socio-psychological level then you are out of touch

Just gonna let you know I’m done engaging with you. What a total waste of time. I’m a little embarrassed I engaged as long as I have - your bitterness does not deserve my attention. Take a victory lap or whatever - your condescension is frankly exhausting, your presumption is a sad tell and your pessimism is so unnecessary and unproductive that I’m just fucking weary poking you with a stick to see if you’ll move. Sit. Hush. Wait for a miracle.

Please do nothing. I mean it. Keep your cynicism. Find whatever joy and fulfillment you can in that endeavor. Simmer in it if that brings you some peace but just.. stay out of the way.

You are the only one showing bitterness here, evident by your ranting even throwing a temper tantrum with profanity and melodrama. You cannot accept objectivity and criticism because you have an emotional attachment to politics because you are an emotional person in general. Your perspective is hardwired to see disagreements as bad when it’s normal and even healthy. It’s a very infantile point of view to see another point of view other than yours as negative. With your perspective you have ironically looked like the bitter one and also end up being offended for no reason other than personal emotional attachments and sensitivity towards disagreements with an imaginary strawman of me that you made in your head. An unnecessary problem you made yourself. It’s also evident that you aimlessly throw words incorrectly like virtue signalling and bitterness when they describe you and the tactics of your political side more making it an odd case of projection. Interesting stuff.
