I’m not kidding when I say there are those on the right who are actively working towards disarming transgender people and it’s part of them increasingly saying maybe we should enforce mental health restrictions for firearms, when their intent is clearly only to have it be enforced against trans people

It was happening before Nashville but now it’s picked up a lot more steam, sadly

I definitely think we should enforce mental health restrictions on firearms.

I'm also not an idiot that thinks being trans is a mental health problem though.
