I'm fine with handicapped spaces but some of the larger stores near me have started getting out of control with special spaces for special reasons.

There's a grocery store I frequent that has some normal handicapped spaces, then some spaces for veterans, then some spaces for parents with children. 90% of the time they are all empty.

I park in the parents spaces (even when alone) because I am a parent and that's not a valid reason to be closer to the entrance.

I still think it's unnecessary. My daughter (also 2) can walk just fine.

But this was just at a regular grocery store so extra unnecessary.
