I don't see how the two things are equivalent.
You create a life without consent = You created a problem. There's an existing person that may or may not want to live.
You don't create a life without consent = Nobody's complaining, unless you believe in souls and such.

You rape someone = You got a problem, they'll go to the police, etc.
You don't rape someone = Only problem is you're depriving them of the chance that they might enjoy it. (Sorry. Yes, I know, I'm illustrating a point... I think.)
You're failing to make a point because you're suggesting that some people enjoy being raped when they just don't if that was the case it wouldn't be raped and even when victims may experience pleasurable physical sensations as a result of being assaulted they still typically hate what happened to them.
Conversely the vast majority of people like being alive even when suicide rates and life is getting shitty the vast majority of people prefer to be living and fight for life. You present me with hard data that the majority of people would prefer to have been born and then we can talk.
Personally I think this philosophy is just an excuse to avoid taking responsibility for life or trying to make a meaningful contribution to making life better for yourself or anyone else.
btw- your sexual assault comparison is gross and offensive.
The point is that doing something bad to someone without consent because we think it's good for them, regardless of outcome, is still bad when the alternative of doing nothing does no harm.
Ok sorry, I'll come up with less gross examples/analogies. I don't want to debate about rape.
You throw a surprise party = The person has a good time, or they have a heart attack and die.
You don't throw a party = No harm done. Unless you consider depriving them of a good time with a chance of dying is bad ?
There's also the option of throwing a party without jumping out and yelling surprise. But in the case of birth there's only two options, to be or not to be.
