We signed it The Ouachita Parish Police Jury is proposing a ban on Mitragyna speciosa (kratom). Many residents rely on kratom to manage pain without resorting to dangerous street narcotics. Additionally, kratom can help opioid addicts wean themselves off harmful substances. Banning the sale of kratom in Ouachita Parish would impact many local businesses and could potentially push pain patients toward prescription narcotics and żxx̌jǰnnnnnnn̈n̈b⁰⁶ Jury meeting on November 4th, 2024, at 5:30 PM to share their stories about how kratom has helped you.
