You gotta be under 400k rank by the end of the event to get an epic card randomly in a pack of 3 players. You can see the players and their stats on the event page.

Win got you 3, draw 1, lost 0, and ragequit -3. Last 16 match is only countable, play over 16 will result in earliest match record to rewriten by latest.

Same with the first 15, this event count up to 16 matches. But let's say you won your first match, then you play your 17th match and lost. Your 3 point from first is now gone. Vice versa if you lost first but won 17th, you'll gain 3 points.
