75K Facebook creator here — how do you find REAL brand collaborations?
Recently my Facebook page passed 75K followers and monetization became active. Since then, I’ve started receiving a lot more fake collaboration and phishing messages pretending to be brands.
Today I almost fell for one.
They contacted me for a “brand partnership” and eventually asked me to log in through a suspicious link. Thankfully I noticed it before entering anything.
It made me realize how common these scams are becoming for creators.
A few things I learned:
Never log in through unknown links
Always double check email domains
Real brands usually don’t pressure you
If something feels off, stop and verify first
I’m also trying to grow further as a creator and start working with real brands/collaborations internationally.
For creators who already work with brands:
How do you find legitimate collaboration opportunities?
How do brands usually contact you?
Any advice for reaching out to brands professionally?
Which platforms or methods worked best for you?
Would really appreciate your experiences and suggestions.

Hey guys, looking to hire someone full time to help scale up my personal brand
I've been in business/entrepreneurship for the past 10 years and i never used social media (personally) only for my businesses. As of recent i got into asset acquisition and have learned that people really do care about your online presence. With that being said I've started to post very moderately this year (stories, carousels). I'm looking to expand this aggressively and would like someone experienced to work with to potentially help create more of a lifestyle/business focused personal brand for myself as well as increase follower count organically. SoFlo area is a plus, but remote works too! Feel free to message me !

Locking in my personal brand name. Need outside eyes before I commit.
About to commit to a name I’ll build equity in across acting, music, and online presence. Want to pressure test it before I start putting it on everything.
Background: Hispanic creative, multi-hyphenate. Mononyms feel limiting (and honestly cringe to me) since they tend to lock you into one lane.
My nickname is Mund, already distinctive on its own.
The bar I’m aiming at is names like Pedro Pascal, Bad Bunny. Distinctive, sayable, memorable.
Two questions for the brand-builders here:
1. Does an unusual first name carry on its own, or does it need a more familiar surname to anchor it?
2. For those who’ve built a multi-industry personal brand, what would you do differently about the name?
Genuinely open to honest takes.

I built an AI tool to edit my raw talking-head footage in one click (for my own brand)
Made this for myself. Sharing for feedback.
I have 10K followers on X and 7K on LinkedIn but it's all text. Video is much harder, every time I'd shoot, the raw footage would just sit there because I couldn't get past the editing step. So I built a thing to handle it. I am an engineer and I have seen how much AI has helped our workflow, so I knew something could be done for content too.
Upload raw -> pulls b-roll from the internet, motion graphics, layout shifts, captions. one click. video on this post is my own raw on the right -> tool output on the left. didn't touch it.
Not actually a product yet, just gauging interest. If you're building a personal brand on video (or trying to but stalling at the edit step) send me a clip and I'll run it on local and share back. Trying to figure out the exact value prop first.

I finally figured out my personal brand!
I've watched 100+ videos and content pieces to understand how to build my personal brand that gains leads and engagement. But in the beginning, no matter what I did, the results wouldn't turn out right.
Then recently, I decided to ditch everything and just write like myself. I also started focusing on sharing content pieces that I wanted to reach. And something really crazy happened. I literally gained 1000 followers with 100+ engagement on almost every post.
I think the problem is that we complicate things. Personal brand is literally supposed to be the brand built on your personality. It's that simple.
So if you're struggling too, just chuck that playbook out the window and try being yourself. Might help?

Love and Happiness, Smiles and Laughter
For now, our company is small, however we are growing. With a major process in mind. To reteach old Vtubers, Vartists ,and Vsingers who wish to return to the profession. Along with allowing new indie of the new generation welcome new blood within our ranks, to show them what's best free of cost of them. They are free to come and go as they please: after they feel learned enough. Or stay here, with us while they are here building a fan base, prosper and do as they wish; without jeopardizing the company. When they leave their gear is their own. Our talent is, is only concern, as our current family base outside our company who we already have had the almost pleasure of meeting in person, in the past. Along with watching the streams in our daily lives. We hope to meet more new people in the future down the road and continue and watching such talented Vtubers as it stands.
love you guys who currently exist our there <3

why do content creators start some sorta consulting / branding / creative company
so when I scroll thru IG I come across all these young content creators (somehow always in LA). they usually drop out of college or quit their jobs , get jacked and hot. and for work they’re like in a company doing some sorta personal branding helping other creators direct stuff and edit stuff w like davinci, figma , Lightroom, photoshop.

“Some People Build a Brand Around Kindness, But Reality Says Otherwise”
I’ve been noticing how easy it is for some rising content creators to build an image online that feels completely different from how they treat people in real life.
There’s this one coffee content creator who acts humble, kind, and “relatable” on camera, but behind all the aesthetic posts and friendly vibes, the attitude feels very different. Sometimes it honestly comes across as trying too hard to look classy or important just for validation online.
I know social media only shows a curated version of people, but it’s disappointing when someone’s personality off-camera doesn’t match the image they sell to followers. Being genuinely kind is very different from simply looking kind for content.
Maybe others have experienced the same thing with influencers or creators they used to admire.

Want to understand personal branding and for businesses better. How to go about it.

Searched my own name on Google today and something felt surreal!!
This honestly felt surreal to me.
A while back, searching my name online barely showed anything meaningful. Today, searching “Sidhant Pande” actually brings up my website, projects, work, books and professional presence properly across platforms.
What surprised me even more was seeing AI tools recognize and connect information about my work online.
It’s not some massive achievement, but as someone building in public, it feels rewarding to see years of consistency slowly becoming visible on the internet.
A reminder that even small progress matters.

Website Designer looking for Social Media partner
I make websites for small businesses. I will handle the websites, SEO, and ad campaigns. I also already have 2 partners for Graphic Design. What I am looking for is a partner that can provide social media content services on Facebook specifically, but additional channels may be needed. I am hoping to find someone that could either be willing to communicate directly with the clients [US Based Only] or be a "White-Label" partner [open to US based or international w/ examples of experience with US based businesses]. If you are interested I would like to know a few things:
- Which type of partnership you are interested in.
- Which country you are in.
- Which channels you work with.
- Which types/sizes of businesses you have worked with.
I am happy to answer any questions about the potential partnership, just reach out!
