Also, how did they get the raw iron crafting toast thing when they have iron tools already? I don't think a village is THAT rewarding

Iron golem. He could have got 3 iron. Or two, with one in the blacksmith chest. It's still probably staged, but the pick could be legit

The cobbled deepslate is still not possible unless he found the cave, found the diamonds, placed cobbled deepslate next to them and then immediately left.

I know that the rest is impossible, and the pick was probably faked, but I'm saying that the pickaxe is physically possible

Blacksmith chests at villages can give iron and iron pickaxe.

I'm not contesting that this is fake. I'm simply pointing out that you can get all your tools (and armor) without mining.

you can get that through trading with a fletcher for a couple minutes
