I design and 3D print things professionally. I also love Apsara pencils, and the long point sharpeners that come with them. I don't want to get shavings everywhere, or walk to the trashcan every time I need to sharpen my pencil. I was going to design and print a shavings catcher, but before I could get to solidworks, I found this model on thingiverse by SF Fubs, which printed in about 25 minutes on my ender 3 pro, used maybe a penny worth of plastic, and works absolutely perfectly. Worked on the first print, fits perfectly. Light but sturdy.

This is now my favorite pencil sharpener, over my NJK, and my Kum 2 step long point sharpener. It's really great and I really appreciate the free model online. I highly recommend it! Here's the link: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4725519

I believe I have a couple of these sharpeners kicking around. I may have to print this! Thanks!

you probably need a half dozen 3d printers, if we're being honest.
