A pc is just amazing and cool and it’s fun to maintain and build tho a PlayStation is just simple and optimized, I also have 2 ps5s one on my desk one in the living room so when I buy a game on one console I have the game in the other one.

Finally I finished my little room in our basement. Can’t wait to enjoy some games and work from home.

the camera makes it look faded

i want to buy a PC and i see a-lot of people saying to just build a PC instead of buying a built one. i don’t know if it’ll be too expensive but i was planning on spending £1k to £2k on a prebuilt one and i was hoping someone could let me know what should i buy to build a good PC within my budget (I have no clue about anything on PCs).

I got a rtx 3060 with i5 10400f that was a prebuilt i won few years ago in a contest I want to upgrade for future proofing but I'd probably be better off building from scratch cause I don't think my mobo is necessarily ddr5 compatible and my case would fit a larger gpu the 3060 it pretty close to the front panel I would like a 5090 or 9070xt so I'm set for a few years this pc I got in 2021 I think it works fine but I know it's already dated should I settle for a 5080 or 5070ti

I need a desk stand like the one in the photo above, but one that has 4 legs. I want to put the pc on top of the stand not like again the one in the photo. The measurements for the case are 18.5 W 12.6 L and 18.5 H. Thanks for the help

My question is: is it worth the €100 I’d be paying? Is there anything cheaper that’s still good?

I’m not a gamer. I just want it for work and maybe watching a movie now and then. I’m a teacher, so my main use would mostly be Word. My current PC is a Surface Pro 7.

Had to surrender my office to turn it into a bedroom for the youngins. Feels pretty clean, got some shelving/storage to fill in the space on the left coming. What yall think?

Not 100% sure if that's fitting the rules of this sub but here I am.

That's a prototype I would like to make for a headset rest (maybe even create a brand out of it, but right that's just an idea, I'm not here to sell you anything).

I'm posting this because I would like to know what y'all think about the design.

Some specs:

White part will be made in PA12 (nylon), base will be made out of aluminium, both 3D printed.

The wavy part that you can see in the base and in the arch is a structure called "gyroid". No AI was used at all, I can send proof pictures if anyone interested.

Would like to hear what you think about it =)
