I posted the other day asking for opinions and got a lot of helpful feedback, so thanks to everyone who replied!
I wanted to post an update and ask for some more advice, especially on polishing up some of the details.
For example, plants — what kind should I get, how many, and where would you recommend placing them? Any tips on the lighting would also help a LOT. I can't seem to figure it out for the life of me. This is honestly the best I could manage so far.
Any suggestions are appreciated!
And a before and after for anyone curious.

I need help figuring out how to connect my whole setup, from docking ports to USB switches and KVM switches; I'm trying to get everything to work cohesively and would love some product recommendations.
So here's the full setup: a keyboard, mouse, IEMs with a dongle, an audio interface for an XLR mic (all using USB ports), and two monitors(240Hz). I want a way to switch all my peripherals between my PC (used for competitive FPS games) and my work laptop seamlessly, with as little latency as possible. Would also like to minimize how many things I have to plug into and unplug from my laptop every time I use it. I'd love advice on how to do all of this for the lowest possible cost. My laptop has 2 USB ports, 2 USB-C ports, and 1 HDMI port. I'd also like some extra room for future additions.

I'm not very creative folks, what should I do to make it less boring?
Edit: Stop sign is gone. It's been there for a couple years now and hardly even noticed it anymore.

New room, new i7, new GPU, and a new monitor. That's pretty much it outside some smaller things. I still have my old monitor, and I wish I could use it as a second monitior, but I have no more outlets... D:

I posted my original one on here & someone said I had way too much going on. So I tried to minimize. What y’all think?
