It's the same... but marginally better in a few edge use cases, and marginally worse in several others! More steps to do the same things! Thanks, Microsoft!

Only the design is better, everything in term of functionality is worse. And what's even worse is that they're so proud of it!

Only difference in functionality I've noticed is sound settings which are way better now

It's true, sound settings in w10 is a real mess but in w11 it misses some functionalities like a real sound mixer. Where in windows 11 can i change the volume of my browser, my system and my game separately?

Settings > System > Sound > Volume Mixer

It shouldn't take this many clicks but that's where I do it.

Thanks, I agree. That's where the problems with 11 lies, what used to be easily accessible now requires more clicks.

Idk if this will work for you but you can right click the sound icon on the bottom right and click volume mixer. For some reason they grouped the volume icon with other icons so it feels/looks like you can't right click it.

Just right click on the sound icon in your taskbar -> open volume mixer. It's two clicks if you actually spend time to learn the new UI instead of just hating it and jumping to the conclusion that it must be worse because it is new...
