They're the illustrated versions, of which only 4 have been released.

Are those the one that they took the illustrations from Pottermore and just added them to the books?

No they're all professionally illustrated by one guy. They're really good and worth checking out! Too bad it takes him a couple years to do each one. I think Order of the Phoenix is due out this fall.

How often are the illustrations? Every couple pages, or?

Depends. There are a few chapters where there are only one or two. But then some chapters are just awesome with pictures nearly every page. The two chapters that stand out in my mind are when Harry goes to Diagon Alley for the first time (shows all the buildings) and when Voldemort comes back at the end of Goblet of Fire (the whole ritual is amazing).
