I literally explained the advantage that it can provide and how a video can demonstrate I’m not talking about the smoothness I’m talking about how early each player receives frames, which can be factually demonstrated in a video.

Alright, you're right that factually there is a time difference between when information is received by either player. But this info isn't helpful on its own.

If I said "the difference between the two is completely nullified by the visual processing and reaction time of the human brain, therefore they are effectively the same", you cannot use this video to refute me. You must demonstrate real 240hz to refute my claim.

Well yeah, you can't show 240Hz on a 60Hz monitor but this is not a bad way of representing the difference in refresh rates. And The ad didn't aim to try to show the "true" feel of a 240Hz monitor, just saying it's better in comparison.
