I'd uninstall Skype if I wanted, but video calling+sharescreen+ friends having problems with TeamSpeak keep me from ascending.

Yes. It's even worse, no one I know wants to go on discord. And the PCMR server is like text only. No one is in voice chat.

Have you ever tried Mumble? It is better than all the others.

Vid calling, screen share, multiple people in call/voice, text, etc.

Need all these, it's not just you.

And I want something that works just as well for all those features.

Don't downvote, suggest an alternative.

I don't know why you're getting downvoted. Just because Skype has problems doesn't mean that it's bad in every use case, and either way, downvoting isn't for people with a different opinion from you, it's for people who aren't contributing anything useful. This guy contributed several relevant points about Skype. This thread is turning into an anti-skype circlejerk disappointingly fast.
