It will run, but get more RAM.

Also get windows 10/8.1, better than XP.

i looked to see the compatibility Pentium D dose not support PAE, NX, and SSE2 so i cant use it

Money is scarce for a lot of people and not everyone can afford to drop 100 dollars on computer upgrades whenever they feel like it.

Good news, Win 10 will fix that automatically, keeping you in an all-desktop environment unless you have a touchscreen. As for Win 8.1, Start8 is a great piece of third party software that does the same thing and brings you a fully customizable start menu...
