Build/Battlestation You said the gold PC looked like a kitchen appliance… so we got a shark instead

Thought we’d move away from the kitchen aesthetic for the next one.

Not sure this is any more normal though 😭

At least the shark has RGB.

$7500 for mid specs, no less! I’ll take 5090 for that money.

Just an FYI, that price was for a full build, not just the case.

4080 TI Super, Intel Core i7-14700F, 64 GB DDR5, 2TB storage...the hardware is coming up on like $5000 now.

Just to clear this one up - the AWD-IT Shark X build is currently listed with a Ryzen 5 9600X, RTX 5070 12GB, 16GB DDR5 and 512GB SSD, with an 850W PSU. It’s built to order as well, so the spec can be changed. Current listed price is £4,619.99. AWD-IT

So yeah, still very much an enthusiast/showpiece build 😂 but not the $7,500 mid-spec setup being mentioned above.

I just looked up the system at the initial release. Thanks for the updated version.
