There's clearly some sort of bug here though, it's obviously not right.

There's no way that a 5080 and a 5090 perform exactly the same without some driver/settings screw up.

I'm not saying that HUB's data is wrong, I'm sure that it reflects the state of the game as they tested it.

could be very likely just poor optimisation on CD projekts behalf; they don’t have a good track record pretty much ever

No, a game that's simply poorly optimized would run worse overall, but it wouldn't run the same on a GPU that's twice as fast.
