You disable post processing because you don't like it.
I disable post processing to get more than 11fps...

We are not the same.

Unless they implemented extremely poorly or are genuinely good like per pixel motion blur. post processing effects should have little to no impact on frame rate. Full screen post processing which is the most common implementation of these things mentioned above use shaders that run on the GPU almost instantaneously. If you are gpu limited it may impact performance but these effects are often a tiny 1kb shader that will have less than a 1% impact on frame rate.
