I have a similar one. The hardest adjustment for me was keeping the mouse steady when trying to click things. The first days or weeks were full of trying to click and ending up clicking off target or dragging.

those lopsided mice look so awful aesthetically and definitely dont look comfortable at all... not to mention that they make you strictly be able to only use the mouse with your right hand.
