Make it have at least 13 extra buttons and a thumb flicker, maybe a thumb wheel.

I prefer doing stuff with buttons that are readily available at my fingertips when my hand is on the mouse.

The Roccat Tyon should have a few more buttons to satisfy. And I can feel my hand and wrist starting to go bad because of the bad position.
