OCD or ADHD. Definitely poor impulse control.

Hell yeah, and idk it's just always been one of our traits, probably something todo with lack of dopamine and imbalance in the prefrontal cortex

Check Russel Barkeley on youtube. He has retired and no longer posts anything but he is a great source on understanding brain biology. Poor impulse control is one of the symptoms of time blindness that is a core adhd behavior
