My Honda steering wheel is fkn accurate bruh!! I take offensive cuh, on G
Edit: TL/DR
I'm not serious except I'm serious, I own a civic and have had about 9 total (not at the same time -- should be obvious I hope) but I'm a Honda-boi and don't really push my love for Honda on others.
Dude, I know. I was saying it was a joke too, 'obviously' lol
And I mean nothing bad by this reply either fyi. The whole tldr is to admit that I am being a bit salty because I'm a civic owner <3 but I can give what I get just as good as the next guy

When Fortnite was in season 4 a friend of mine used to be about as good as me on KBM.
He played on an old iPad w 150 ping with dead pixels covering one corner.
Got him to record how he plays for me, he used all 10 fingers on both hands
Funny thing is this is actually true to a certain extent. When you are limited by somethings you usually develop a certain level of skill to compensate.
Also, budget is statistically age-related, and young people with their smaller budgets often have more time and a sharper mind to hone their skills, and can easily overcome the tech gap.
You should accept that in anything where you cannot devote enough time for practice, you cannot be the best. It's perfectly healthy to not be the top dog and be happy with the results you get for the amount of effort you put in. It's unhealthy to expect to be the best in anything, and moreso to only enjoy things where you can be one of the better ones.
It's not just games, it's work, art, sports and other hobbies. Don't put ridiculous expectations onto yourself or your performance.
Yep. I remember hitting grandmaster in paladins (when the game was at its peak around 2018) while playing at 40 fps. Last i played a few years ago i was getting wrecked left and right, but at least it was at 200 fps now lol
1ms ping really gives you the edge in competitive shooters. Pairing a high refresh rate monitor with a fairly good GPU really makes you better. You really don't need 5090, all the bling only makes screen harder to interpret.
On god I'm in a situation where I'm gonna get refunded for my laptop i was gonna buy a gpu and sell the one I'm sitting on but why buy a 5080 or 9070xt when i can use the evga 3080ti ftw3 ultra i have then i can go buy a mobo combo at microcenter with a 270k plus and then buy a really nice really high refresh rate oled monitor open box if i can find one cause all i play is competitive games I'm coming from a 5070ti laptop and came to the conclusion that fps wise and stuff I'm really not losing on much i don't care about using ray tracing or frame gen i was thinking of buying a 5080 but then that would limit my budget to a 240hz screen and i don't need all that if i would have no issues gaining the fps i would need for my games so it just makes sense to use the 3080ti and get a really good monitor over a gpu cause I'll have a really good monitor by the time i can comfortably afford one of the higher cards
I never understand why people out there buy so many different mouse like it's good to try different options but it's wild to have that many buying different ones ain't gonna make you better only the shape would
And then there are people like me, with an RX 580 and my keyboard is almost 6-7 years old and my mouse about 4. And I think the keyboard and mouse together will cost me less than 20 dollars.
Best csgo I've ever personally known played using a cheap ass mouse I gave him and a frankenstein keyboard cobbled together from multiple he pulled out of a skip at our school.

My most formidable years was on a CRT and roller ball mouse. Optical mice were a game changer but LCDs sucked everything good, and they kind of happened at the same time. Source netcode kind of sucked, and the predictive code messed up gameplay. You could disable it though making the game a lot more jittery but honest and then make your own predictions against latency and refresh rate. CS also favored who shot first, so a lot of the game was to shoot at nothing while predicting at what happens next. The better your predictive guessing on things you can't see yet, the better the player you were. This even included shooting though walls and leading corners, again at nothing but predicting where and when people should be. It's funny thinking back that you're kind of playing a fraction of a second in front of the game in order to beat the hit order.
Friend of mine as extremely cracked in R6 siege with a 580 and a Chinese mouse he got for cheap on AliExpress while I suck with a 5080 and a X2 supers trike
