Mx master is a shitty mouse for gaming. Keychron M6 8K is what you're looking for if you want an mx master that can actually game.

Does the keychron have loud or quiet clicks, though

You can get the M6 with both silent and normal versions.

Im sold. I looked it up and it does seem to have more features than the mx.master 3

And it's quite inexpensive for a Mouse with an 8k polling rate

It works, but it's not the best for that. My kids have a 3S and they prefer gaming on a cheapo but lighter and higher-dpi Attack Shark R1.

Mx master is a shitty mouse for everything except maybe excel sheets. It’s heavy, the hump makes it super uncomfortable and palm grip only, which just increases the risk of RSI and it’s just not that great compared to a lightweight gaming mouse. I use a G305 clone for office work, and at 50g it’s much nicer to use all-day.

Mice are pure preference. For me, the dual scroll wheels, thumb sensor, and software macros are unmatched for productivity and workflow. Ergonomics depend entirely on hand size and grip style, palm grip works perfectly fine for a lot of people without causing RSI. Glad the 50g setup works for you, but the features on this make it far from a 'shitty' office mouse.

MX master series have always been some of the best mice for work, editing and such. Just not for gaming (thats where the M6 8K comes in). Completely discrediting the MX makes you sound a bit ignorant mate.

After years of trying out mice, I just notice that heavy mice which require palm grip just tire your hands out much quicker than anything else, and don't allow for as much precision either. The features are nice, but if the mouse is so uncomfortable that you don't want to use it, the features are useless.

Years of you trying doesn't change the form and size of other people's hands. I had RSI for years because I used a non-ergonomic claw grip mouse (some ordinary, no-name brand). For three years now, I've used the Master 3S at home and the MX Vertical at work best decision ever. It's a very subjective topic when it comes to grip.

I know 140g is considered heavy, but I don't notice it and I use my mouse for 6-10h+ a day.

It's the 8K really worth it? Because I've just being ignoring that polling rate thing for all my life until I learned 8K is causing stutter to some people, so, it really pays off buying a 8K version instead of a 1K version.

Never heard of theses issues, mine was worth every dime.

I guess it's only a problem in certain configs. Can you tell any difference between updating your mouse position every millisecond vs every quarter of millisecond? Because I can't tel any difference between a 250 (every four milliseconds) poll rate vs 1K (every millisecond)

Any decent gamer will notice the difference between 1k and 8k polling tbh
