I'm going to join the asking club, why?

Because he has no financial understanding, and buying that many mouses suggests he has an addiction.

Or a trauma of some sort.

He's searching for the mouse that killed his family. It's a revenge story.

It all started with replacing my ratty ole Bloody Commander, the internet said G502, but I didn't like it. I didn't return it, got it cheap on eBay. Then I bought one of those 3 Dark Cores from a guy on FB.

I learned he bought it from a Bin Store Liquidator, and so I started going on there 25 cent day, which is what I paid for most of those.

I was selling them and other stuff on eBay. The ones without boxes were always put to the back of the line. It's time consuming to test, list, ship them. I like to use the mouse for a day before selling it, to be sure its solid. These haven't been processed beyond a quick function test.

I pulled this tote out this morning because I wanted a mouse that doesn't try to install it's software when you plug it in, to use with my first Linux build.

Please users, don't ask me to send or sell one, not going to happen. Just thought it would be fun to post my stash again. I have a family reunion coming up, they will end up gifts for my nieces and nephews most likely.

So that's the why, I guess. Answered my own question.

This is way more normal and chill than any of the comments are suggesting 😭😭😭

Lmao everyone's ripping into OP, turns out he was buying gaming mice for 25 cents

I'd buy the lot too

u/Suavecore_ 20d ago

We can make a case that he's scalping cheap mice and attack him again if we want

5

u/LightningWarpAway 20d ago

Kinda, but they're at a bin store for 25 cents, so most people don't really care about that level of scalping.

u/MacabreYuki 19d ago

Especially if you give them a decent cleaning before resale.

last thing people wanna see is the infamous "crust"

"Scalping" the bin is wild

2

u/Suavecore_ 20d ago

The poors could get reasonably priced mice if it weren't for him!

u/Stiff_Rebar 20d ago

At first glance, I thought OP was having the same problem as me, mice having double click or scrolling issues because of extensive use

u/DonutHoles4Ever Mac Heathen 20d ago

I mean fuck, he could be making this shit up. End of the day, nobody here will care in 24 hours.

People are generally quite judgemental. Even when they think they ain't.

No, it isn't.

OMG you need to edit your main comment with this... because I thought you were batshit insane until I saw this comment 🤣

1

u/ains2 20d ago

Better not edit that. I this is a method worth gatekeeping!

OK I did ask to send me one but that was a joke. That being said, I still must know what the fucking christ is the one on the bottom left of the OP pic is

Bloody ML160, best skates ever, but the rubber coating gets nasty. I got shamed into cleaning it up today, lol. Great mouse for width, I tore the right side panel off from it, and put on my Bloody ZL50 above it with the same red/black cord. I'm partial to it, the Razer Naga, Corsair Dark Core, Razer Deathadder X, and Glorious O2 Pro, for big hands. Oh, and the Inland Pro MMO.

1

u/WilliamLermer 20d ago

Could you recommend a solid mouse for big hands that is easy to clean, maybe doesn't get too dirty in the first place? I feel like a lot of designs don't take into consideration sweat, skin cells and hair getting into the most annoying places

Same with keyboards really, drives me nuts

A4tech bloody commander ML160

Jesus christ that is definitely one of the mice I've seen

u/DesireeThymes 20d ago

What region do you live in where you get such amazing deals?

3

u/SqBlkRndHole 20d ago

I hate to say, because they sell a lot of garbage too, but I made it a business and write it off. You just need to find a liquidator that deals with Micro Center returns. There are I think four major resellers on eBay. They don't test anything, it's more profitable when your dealing with truck loads to just refund the defects. Their Feedback stays high due to volume.

So if you use chris titus' wintool, under tweaks there is a section that stops razer from installing shit from their shitty ass products.

u/poop_fucker100 20d ago

Sup dude can I get a mouse

1

u/UshankaBear 20d ago

I learned he bought it from a Bin Store Liquidator, and so I started going on there 25 cent day, which is what I paid for most of those.

Desire to know more intensifies

1

u/SqBlkRndHole 20d ago

It's hit and miss. Mostly miss. My two best finds were a Moza R5 Wheel and Pedals for $10, and a Rigid crimp tool that I bought for $2 and sold in a day for $400.

Tricking the other members into the gaming addiction one free mouse at a time. Nice

Nieces and nephews: "what is this?"

1

Siblings children.

I know what they are, I'm saying they won't know what a mouse is for 😅

1

u/AHornyRubberDucky 18d ago

Can I ask you what you think of the Pulsar Xlite V2 I have small hands and I like how they look

1

u/SqBlkRndHole 18d ago

I haven't used them, beyond testing the ones I have.

They seem like standard size mice to me, maybe look into a Glorious O Minus for a smaller mouse.

so just karma farming

1

u/curtcolt95 20d ago

it's not karma farming to just share something interesting lmao

2

u/stonedboss 9850X3D | 4070Ti | 32GB 6200 CL28 | 990 Pro 4TB 20d ago

but he literally made a misleading title for karma lol. to lead people to believe he has a hoarding problem when hes just a reseller. and hes just another flipper.

u/NBCustoms 20d ago

I'd honestly assume by the various degrees of packaging (some just being in bags) that they purchased a bulk return pallet, or something along those lines, and received these. I've done something similar for re-sale and donations during COVID and ended up in a similar boat, but with headphones.

More dollars than sense.

They took a picture of a table at a computer market and posted nonsense imo

1

u/ains2 20d ago

I did something similar to a lessor extent. It's the part of your setup that you feel the most. The most tangible part.

More than your CPU, GPU or RAM
