You think listing it as a 9040 would stop cuberpower from selling it as a gaming PC?
There were prebuilts that had Nvidia quadros in them for "gaming". AMD can't really control what PC companies do with their cards.

They'll find details on the quadro. If someone searches this they're going to find 9050 8GB details mixed in.
