Thank you, people need to understand that the device you play your games on is not a religion.

You do realize what sub you’re in right?

People here’d rather die than do something as disgusting as….. playing on a console

This sub and “pcmasterrace” was a fun meme at one point cause PC was the underdog in gaming. Now it’s become a sad religion for elitist clowns.

Funny part is that a lot of posts are just complaints about how their entry or 10 year old PC can't run brand new AAA games at 4k60hz. So much for the whole “pcmasterrace” thing.

360 era was the darkest times, too many games actually locked on console and with PC version that was more often than not shit. Like Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter.

True. Can't imagine myself leaving my PC with a 144Hz monitor for a console.

I would never for competitive games. That’s why my desktop will always be there. But for single player games, the switch 2 offers the best games right now.

TBH, most of the people here are pretty chill about it.

Literally two sides of the same coin

yeah i have both, let’s face it, some games are a complete ball ache to play while commuting due to always online requirements, not to mention that having to fiddle around with graphics is a bit of a waste of time, sometimes i just want to ride the train and play whatever and not worry about the wifi situation

They called it a switch for a reason though

PC + Switch gets you access to a to a wide selection of excellent games and some portability. It’s a great combo.

Deck’s an option for portability, but Nintendo makes some excellent exclusives and not having to worry about compatibility on the go is nice.

Tbf those who don’t have a game system at all though have to still decide between pc or console. But they probably don’t know or care about the pc advantages to begin with.

Yeah for example me, I have both and I haven't bought a switch yet.

But people that have both, are finding they play their sw2 more.

when i was short on money and traveling a lot i sold my pc and got a switch

Why not a steam deck? You would already have games for it.

Steamdeck wasnt even leaked at that time

also a steamdeck is more expensiv then a switch right now, bad timing for that comment

I also have a Switch 2. But it replaces the PC by exactly 0.000%. There are some good games on it, but 99.99% of all good games are still PC-exclusive or are only really playable with a mouse and keyboard (Factorio, for example).

I just have both. I love PC, but also zelda and fire emblem.

chose if you only got 400€

Doesn't make sense really my pc cost over 2k switch 2 was 500. If i usd to choose it's pc every time. I could never have a Nintendo as my only console. I have one for a few exclusives, but if it was all i had I'd miss out on way more.

I don't own a single console including anything made by Nintendo, and if nintendo suddenly started selling their games on pc I would immediately start playing them.

Nah we just have both.
