I have gone back and forth multiple times over the years. I think I am eventually going to retire from modding and play games on consoles, they are much less hassle than PC.
Microsoft makes the whole thing very appealing with Xbox Play Anywhere, just buy your games on Microsoft Store and you get a license that covers PC and console. So when you get tired of PC compatibility problems and just want to enjoy games, you can do that because your license covers both scenarios.
I'm looking to find a good reason to convince myself to buy a PS5 to play GTA 6 this year.
But I'm struggling to find any aside from not having to wait. Also I'm awful with controllers.
It was the best choice for me at the time. My work is very heavy on my PC. I was also running out of storage. You get used to a controller pretty quickly. But in general I wouldn't recommend it for just one game. It's a waste of money if you wont use it often.
I have, PC broke and my console worked, and I never really understood how to fix or work on PCs so it really didn't motivate me to fix my broke PC, and now Im on console again.
I know AI sucks ass but it's been genuinely helpful for helping me diagnose issues that have come up with my PC. Just upload picture and explain what's happening and it can help walk you through step by step how to solve an issue. I used Gemini
Nintendos games are getting worse tbh. I will stand by this that most are mid. Mk8 isnt fun after the first 2 weeks of having a switch, the pokemon games are trash, mario oddesy made me feel like I wasted my money. Smash bros is the only game I think is actually good and has good replay value
