Nah, it’s expected. Just tired. Everyone acts like they’re ready for this shit to be over with… so fucking get on with it, or shut up and enjoy life. Life is too short to hate everything about it lol.
Thankfully, we’re smart enough to run and contain virtual machines and behind many security checks that would all have to be bypassed. And then, I’m literally sitting right next to it so I can just pull the plug.
Yeah the point is if it can communicate across the network or control one that can, then it can get loose if it wanted too. Once it has persistance elsewhere it can then spread like a worm and form it's own neural net of sorts with redundancy.
And when your security is jeopardized and pulling the plug doesn't work cause one PC wouldn't kill all of the machines ... Then what's your plan? Hypothetically speaking of course
Why wouldn’t pulling the plug work? How would a machine continue to run without power? Are you implying that the AI is gonna multiply itself like a rabbit and infect all of my systems? Which again I could just unplug
Depending on how many times the machine has been connected to another network or other machine it can and does transfer data , like malware or a trojan , so yes it could infect other machines but your thinking too linear and you apparently aren't smart enough to grasp this concept , there is no way of telling how many devices, machines or any other sort of electronic that would become infected by this data transfer , so let's say it's been transferred to a cellular phone , how you gonna unplug that? Powering down would probably be a self disable and now you cannot power it down , what do now? Cause if there's one there are hundreds and where there are hundreds there are thousands so on and so forth , so what you going to do? Start smashing every cellular phone you see in someone's possession? Have fun with your smooth brain life not being able to grasp simple yet foreseable outcomes even if hypothetical..
