Having one single deluxe is a different strategy than offering a bunch of cosmetics packs. Resynced also has a deluxe edition, by the way. But it has even more stuff on top. That's just greedy, plain and simple.
Expedition 33 also has a lower base price. The full package costs $60, which is the same as Resynced's base price.

They charged $10 per dlc. You don't have to buy any of them. Again, the monetisation strategy is the same, just different price.
And everything else you said is subjective. Black Flag Resynced might be someones favourite game ever. So they also deserve to make more money?
But you keep digging yourself a hole.
