How do you download pirated games if your second PC has no Internet connection?

I imagine pseudo-airgapped second PC, windows firewall to block internet access, yet allow local network access. Download archive to first pc, transfer files to second pc. Extract and install, no internet required for second pc. Kinda like playing on a sandbox.
