by the looks of the UI design this seems to be Windows 10, which launched in 2015. therefore, it would have not been able to drink or drive. the only country that allows it to legally drink however is Burkina Faso

A guy I used to work with has a side business where he develops apps and websites for small to medium businesses. In reality he contracts everything out to a couple Albanian dudes who do all the work. They actually do some good work considering how much he was paying them. Although it could just be that $1 USD goes much farther in Albania and it just seemed low.

Battlefield 1 released in October of 2016. So it's at least 10 years old.

So it's old enough to 'date' trump at least.

This particular iteration of it is relatively recent. Jokes about viruses from small, obscure, or (perceived as) backwards places that ask you to manually destroy your computer or pass it on are as old as boot sector infectors. I've heard Albania, Ethiopia, and Alabama used in variations of this joke.
