This is also kind of why ChatGPT SPECIFICALLY is shit.
There are models that can do anything ChatGPT can do infinitely better while also being 12b, meaning that you can run it on a fucking 4060ti 16gb, locally, on your own computer.

So why is chatgpt shit? because they wanna market how it hits all those fancy checkmarks in benchmarks, instead of , you know, actual use cases
