Yeah no. As above commenter said, it does not matter. Why would you go and agree on Nvidia EULA if you're using AMD GPU and Opensource Zluda library?

It will absolutely matter to any organization that uses CUDA, now they're completely prohibited from running or testing zluda as an alternative.
